Although i initiated the concept of a national cornea meeting as early January 2013, little did i realise what i was getting myself into. While we did have some initial coordination issues, your team quickly found its footing and was calm, responsive, and completely dependable—even when things were changing by the minute. The way you handled the logistics, the spaces, and all the behind-the-scenes details made the Convention feel seamless for everyone who attended.
